- Summer
Saturdays at the APC: The American Philatelic
Research Library, APS Circuit Sales, and the APS Administration
will be open July 12, July 26, August 9, and
August 23 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Both
the APS and the APRL are closed on all major holidays. A list
of closings is available showing scheduled holiday closing.

How
to Get to Bellefonte:
By
car:
- traveling
via I-80 -- take the Bellefonte Exit No. 161 to
U.S. 220 (I-99) South, follow 220 South for 6.3 miles to
Exit 78B (Bellefonte 150 North), follow 150 North for
2.5 miles to Phoenix Avenue (there is a Shell Gas Station on the right),
then turn left onto Phoenix Avenue.
- traveling
via Route 322 from the east -- follow U.S. 322
West to U.S. 220 North, continue on 220 North to Exit 78B
(Bellefonte 150 North), follow 150 North for 2.5 miles
to Phoenix Avenue (there is a Shell Gas Station on the
right), then turn left onto Phoenix Avenue.
- traveling
via Route 322 from the west --
follow U.S. 322 East to 220 North (I-80/Bellefonte),
continue on 220 North approximately 5 miles to Exit 78B
(Bellefonte 150 North), follow 150 North for 2.5 miles
to Phoenix Avenue (there is a Shell Gas Station on the
right), then turn left onto Phoenix Avenue.
By
bus: Bellefonte, Pennsylvania, is served
by taxi and local/national bus service.
By
plane: USAir Express, United Express, Delta,
and Northwest Airlink provide service to Bellefonte through
the University Park Airport. Limousine/taxi/shuttleservice
and car rentals are available.
